This 500 piece jigsaw puzzle is a mosaic of photographs that look like buoys when you squint your eyes, an optical illusion like Mind’s Eyes. It’s a limited edition, #2, by the Tangier Island History Museum.
Tangier Island is a magical place a few hours from my home.
I was going to comment on the island, share a few things I know. But, there are seriously too many fascinating details to her story. As much as I like to type, I’m going to suggest people google her.
The puzzle is new, still wrapped in plastic. There are remnants of price tag glue on the front of the box that I tried to remove with spray sunscreen, so the plastic wrap smells good. It will be 16" X 20" when completed.
